Fitness

Our fitness division provides weekly exercise classes to students for an affordable, low price. We offer a variety of classes from boot camp and HIIT workouts to yoga, zumba, and pilates! All fitness classes are taught by Tufts students, many of whom have certifications in personal training, yoga instruction, or extensive experience teaching workout classes. All classes take place on campus, saving students a trip to the studio or boutique gym, and offered for a fraction of the price. Connect with TSR Fitness on Facebook.

Class Descriptions

Kickboxing
Instructor: Katie
Learn the basics of boxing and feel like a true bada** with this strengthening workout. We’ll build up our skills throughout the class before taking out some steam on the bags!

Pilates
Instructor: Mira
A low-impact, full body-toning workout! Improve flexibility and core strength in this thirty-minute class!

Vinyasa 2
Instructor: Amanda
A fast-moving class that incorporates a mixture of both basic and more advanced poses as well as drills to build strength. This class is for intermediate/advanced yogis.

Zumba Tone
Instructor: Louisa
Get toned in the most fun way possible with this cardio-toning dance workout!

Bootcampilates
Instructor: Mira
A combination of strength training and cardio! We’ll use weights and steps but also spend some time toning up on the mat.

Kickboxing
Instructor: Mira
A fast-paced cardio workout based on martial arts moves. Get your heart rate up and work out some stress in this 30 minute class.

Vinyasa 1
Instructor: Amanda
An energizing flow with a focus on breath and mind-body connections. Geared toward beginners and those who want to revisit the basics.

Zumba Fever

High intensity cardio and dance workout with latin and fast paced music.

Body Booty Build

Build muscle using dumbbells and a badass attitude
